Physical fitness assessment is a comprehensive analysis that provides a better understanding of the individual as a whole: their lifestyle habits, training experience, mobility, posture, limitations, and injury history. This essential step also allows us to assess strength, endurance, and cardiovascular capacity in order to develop a personalized, safe, and progressive training plan that is perfectly aligned with your goals and your reality.

PRIVATES &
SEMI-PRIVATES

Private (1 on 1) and semi-private (2 to 4 people) trainings allow you to benefit from a complete and fully personalized training according to your needs or those of your team.  During these sessions, your coach will devote his full attention to you in order to optimize each session and thereby optimize the results in a safe manner.

Our group classes are dynamic workouts that allow you to push yourself physically in every way.
